Nicholas was really helpful getting our design on to the pens we ordered. Flashbay sent me a box of all the pens they provide so I could try them all out and test how the quality and how they performed.
We wanted a more sustainable pen rather than plastic, these are very nice quality and write well. The pens also arrived very quickly.
I would be more than happy to order again.

I asked if the delivery date could be…
I asked if the delivery date could be sooner, and I received my parcel about 7 days earlier than the scheduled date.
On the day of the delivery I was not at home, and asked if the driver could phone me in order to ask him to deliver the parcel next door, and the messages was sent to him upon which he phoned me for the delivery address.

I was skeptical working with an online company , however every step of the process from first contact to merchandise delivery , just blew me away.
