Great experience
A great experience, from ordering right through to delivery. James was excellent to deal with and the product looks amazing.
Exceptional
I ordered 50 units of the 300 mL Silver espresso vacuum cup with a personalised logo. I was delighted with the final product. It feels fantastic in my hand and looks and feels premium. It even fits into my car’s cup holders, unlike many other cups.
Regarding delivery, I had expected it by the 10th business day after payment but it arrived on the 7th. That was great news!
The customer service was exceptional. Both Jayden and Maggie were incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses.
I’m not sure yet how it will hold up after years of use but I’ll definitely come back for a review in the future.

I was so impress with Frida Yuan
I was so impress with Frida Yuan, the account manager responding and following up on all my emails and going the extra mile to send some ideas which we can use for promotional items, the service was outstanding and we will definiatly use Flashbay in the future again.
I could not be happier
I could not be happier with the service that I received from Flashbay and my sales person Erwan. He went above and beyond to provide me with not only fantastic customer service but samples of the product, follow up during delivery times and after sales follow up as well. The product received looks great and we will be using Flashbay again in the future.
