Nicholas was really helpful getting our design on to the pens we ordered. Flashbay sent me a box of all the pens they provide so I could try them all out and test how the quality and how they performed. We wanted a more sustainable pen rather than plastic, these are very nice quality and write well. The pens also arrived very quickly. I would be more than happy to order again.
