Excellent customer service
I had the pleasure of working with Christian throughout the entire process. This was my first time ordering merchandise for our small company, and Christian was incredibly helpful from the moment I made the initial inquiry until the order was finalised.
A sample pack featuring our company logo was sent promptly after my inquiry, and Christian consistently checked in to see if I needed any assistance. I ended up ordering Merchandise Packs and Polo Shirts, and they turned out fantastic! The order was delivered on time, and I’m extremely pleased with the results.

Great customer service experience
It is rare to experience such a high level of customer care. I had requested various quotes from various companies and Flashbay were quick to revert back to me. Jaque Guo went above and beyond to assist me and was patient with my skepticism (because it honestly felt too good to be true). Delivery was quick and final product is a great quality.
