If it was not for her, I probably would have looked for a local provider within South Africa. I give her a 6 out of 5. For the product itself, I love the quality. 4 out of five, some USB's weren't cleaned properly but still was in good condition.

Flashbay was prompt and easy to work with. The one thing I didn't like was the constant calling and emailing. I work for a school district and our process is very slow. I would have appreciated a little more time and space to get our order going. At the very least, instead of calling AND emailing each time, I would have appreciated just getting one or the other (preferably email).
The items, delivery, and service otherwise were all exceptional.
