Very painless experience, from ordering to delivery. Max made everything through this process easy!
Website was easy to navigate. Max answered the phone when I first called to request samples. He stayed on top of it all to make sure we were happy with our product. The pens turned out fantastic and worth the money! Looking forward to working with Flashbay again in the future!

Our prices always include screen printing in up to 3 colours on all the print areas. Logo artwork for products with this symbol should be provided in a vector format such as .eps, ai, or.cdr. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colours 'solid', rather than in tones or shades.
Laser Engraving
This product can be laser engraved. Engraving gives a stylish, very professional effect. Our prices always include engraving on all brandable areas shown on the product description. Logo artwork for products with this symbol should be uploaded in a vector format such as .eps, ai, and .cdr. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colors 'solid', rather than in tones or shades.

Pen order successfully received
We requested several pens to visually see and write with and these were sent to us right away. We chose one, and had one or two emails to confirm the artwork/colour of the logo was 100% and placed the order. The order has arrived and the pens are exactly what we requested - including the amount of refills -also 100% correct. Well done - we will be using you again!
